Ho'oponopono hot chocolate and readings
For months the other year on Wednesdays I went on Al McAllisters great
ho'oponopono cleaning conference for an hour and the energy from that group
cleaning was fantastic and I cleaned alot with many issues . Then of course as
life is it changed and there is one in portuguese now and it is good but I miss
the music and stuff Al did before and hearing it in English so I am not on it
very often. Now there is a great ho'oponopono forum via Mabel Katz
where you get to enjoy a similar experience and lots of sharing and info, and

Last night a group of us clairvoyant readers were preparing in a room for a
night of public readings and of course I had cleaned alot and was wearing
my Ho'oponopono Ceeport pin and had my Ho'oponopono cleaning painting
underneath my tablecloth plus Sacred G images.
Well there was alot of love and sharing with each other before we started
more than usual and I was enjoying this warmth, then the staff started serving
us hot drinks and they kept coming round with hot chocolate drinks and so
I kept hearing the word hot chocolate over and over I thought this was
amazing and not a coincidence, a friend of mine had coffee but gave it back
to the girl and said no I would love a hot chocolate please !!
Now for those of you who don't know Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len says he got
the inspiration that hot chocolate is a cleaning tool that helps us to let go
of stuff i.e. problem memories in our minds .Now I don't drink hot chocolate
so I got it as an experience instead.
After last nights readings I stuck everyones names I read for in my
ho'oponopono cleaning pages with the X picture etc to help clean more
memories I share with them and to help release on it all.
It was spiritual new year last night 22nd October and when I was asked if
I would be available for this nite at a local club I thought why not give my
readings as a way to serve.I am only a vehicle for the Divine to share what
I am given to say or do but making sure its not a memory is the trick so I do
heaps to be clear but I clean on everything afterwards in case what I said
was a memory and caused them to feel bugged. Mainly a reading for me is an
exchange of love and cleaning and releasing on problems and listening to
what I am guided to do or say.

and forgive yourself for the memories as much as you can
keep your peace and your own wise counsel
and love love love everything and everyone
all the time as much as you can
so then be happy you are doing your best and
that's all you can do... the rest is up to Divinity
so why not just let go !!!

wonderful Cleaning tools
| Some cleaning tools someone got together on http://www.hooponoponoforum.com so here they are for you to enjoy ...love Soulerika Blue Solar Water ~ is a big cleaning tool. The more you drink it, the more it erases those memories or data and brings you to your child-like mind. To make it, you need a blue glass or bottle. Any shade of blue will do. You put it in the sun for an hour, or under a lamp. If you are just using a glass, you need to cover the top with anything but metal, as bugs and others are attracted to this pure water. Once it's been in the sun for an hour, you can drink it, rinse with it, cook with it, shower with it, or put it in the fridge for later. A drop of this blue solar water will purify any container you add it too. Ceeport ~ is a special graphics configuration impressed on a ¾" circular label. Special processes are used to give the configuration its ability to tune you into your natural rhythm. Ceeports are activated when attached to the surface of objects. Corn ~ is yet another cleaning comestible. Ho'oponopono advises us to love our food before we eat it, so love your corn and start having more of it, it cleans the bad programs we're all interested in getting rid of. Dewdrop ~ works on everything. You can say dewdrop when you're frightened, threatened, sad or angry. You can think dewdrop if you see someone else in trouble. There is no limit to its use. Use moment to moment. Eraser ~ that's where you use a pencil with an eraser and tap on the item you want to clean. This can be a book, a computer, yourself, or anything. You can repeat the cleaning mantra or just tap. When you tap on the item you are cleaning it releasing all memories through all generations of time back to the point of its' creation. Some people claim just using an eraser works the same way. Fly Paper ~ is deleting almost everything. Fruit-water dunk ~ is to mentally visualize dunking anything you wish into a clear glass of water with fruit in it. Glass of water ~ a clear glass ¾ full of water placed in any room of your home will help clean and erase memories while you are not thinking about it. Change this water twice per day or more often if you are feeling especially anxious, worried or upset. You can write the name of the situation troubling you on a piece of paper and place the glass of water on top of it. Remember to change the water periodically throughout the day. Ha Breathing ~ Dr. Len also states in a recording that just the "Ha" breathing can cure depression. Breath in while counting to 10 (1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10), but just as fast as you normally count, no need to go slow unless you want to. Then hold your breath in for a count of 10. Then let out your breath for a count of 10 (even happily sighing or "haaaa" if you want). Do this 10 times or however long you'd like. It's a beautiful thing!  Ice Blue ~ works on any pain and suffering. Just think ice blue when you have any burns, cuts, bruises or hurts. Use it when cutting plants and grass to help numb their pain. Use as many times as you like to help you, anyone or anything who may be experiencing hurt. Light Switch ~ meaning the Light goes on and the darkness disappears. Erases whatever is going on in you (your memories) which you perceive the problem to be. Mirror ~ look at yourself, see who you really are, Love yourself again. A deep profound love comes from this. You see yourself as you really are, you see the world. You reach zero. Orange Juice ~ imagine yourself pouring a glass of orange juice. Imagine placing a $20 bill into the orange juice (can be any value), and leave the money in the glass of orange juice. Continue with this exercise putting whatever else you want to clean into the imaginary glass of orange juice. Why does this work? Dr. Hew Len says that Orange juice represents God's sunrays. So by putting the money in the glass of orange juice, we are putting money in the rays of the sun. By doing this, we are cleaning on the money. Another suggestion he had, if you are in credit card debt, you are abusing money. So you need to apologize to money for abusing it. I'm sorry money for abusing you, I'm sorry money for abusing you, I'm sorry money for abusing you….Basically everything in the world has energy around it, and these items may need to be cleaned as our memories may have abused them in the past. Picture of younger self ~ have a picture of yourself as a little boy or girl. Tap it with the eraser tool idea, say the 4 phrases to your younger self and see what epiphanies come. Pillar of the Peace of I ~ just by thinking Pillar of the Peace of I you will be automatically placed in the radiance of Divinity in that moment. Your whole being will be protected from negative vibrations. Then you can direct it to anything or anyone else to bring them into balance too by just thinking Pillar of the Peace of I. Use it throughout the day. Seeing blue ~ whenever you see anything blue, remember Ho'oponopono and say the phrases, be in that moment. Silence pills ~ erase memories of women's hatred of men. Mentally say, "I take silence pills." The cleansing process will take memories back to ZERO and allowing LOVE to manifest. Strawberries & Blueberries ~ Dr. Len says that these two fruits have a cleansing effect on our memories. They void memories. Eat fresh or dried. Not only healthy for us to eat, but also good for the soul! xxxooo ~ and don't forget your x's and o's! x's to clean, clear and erase, send love and transmutation! o is the state of nothingness/zero. One leads to the other. x is love and erasing/transmuting/Ho'oponopono all in one. o is the state of zero, the state where you receive inspiration from Dinity/God and take action from those messages, the ultimate state of being. Thy will be done....
I have listened to many of Mabel Katz's online radio interviews and some teleconferences also with Dr.Hew Len and read Mabel's book The Easiest Way over the last year and a half. I am always grateful for the tips and sharing that she gives to everyone. I have benefited from her insights and wisdom and her experiences with the cleaning.
This method is one that requires you to put in the effort to achieve the state of peace and love that can be the result of ho'oponopono.You don't get it by saying give me what I want you have to earn it by cleaning and letting Go and letting God do what God wills. So we are all children of the Divine who can become aware that there is a loving parent (God) holding us at all times and that we can learn how to let go and trust that we are being held. If you don't like the God word just substitute the Divine or any other word you like.
The anxiety we feel is just the memories replaying causing us to whimper and cry and feel scared. If we just quiet ourselves with the cleaning phrases til we feel at peace then we can hear the loving voice of God telling us all is well and all is ok. If we can let go and trust God is there in the silence and is always waiting for us to awaken to this truth.
I love you dear memories that displace my awareness of God and the truth thank you I am free I am home I remember who I am. I can be at peace and trust that everything will work out perfectly according to the Divine's will,not my will of my wants and needs, but Thy will be done.

Miracles do happen!!!
I started practising ho'oponopono only two weeks ago. I wish to place
on record and express gratitude for the miracles taking place in my life
especially those relating to my finances.
In fact, I had sought cleaning help on one or two Yahoo groups and
Express Miracles site of Joe Vitale regarding huge debts and other
financial liabilities and delays in receiving payments due t0 me. I am
also day in and day out practising `
`I am sorry, please forgive me, Ilove you, Thank you'.
Now my experiences.
1.I had purchased solar water heater in April 2008 and the manufacturer
was to get me rebate/subsidy of Rs.10,000/- from the local district
authorities but I have not got the payment so far.After forgiving the
manifacturer and saying ``I thank you'' and so on, all of a sudden and
miraculously, the manufacturer gave me Rs.10,000/-
from his own account.
I used the money to pay overdue credit card and loan payments .
2.I have so many overdue bills and debts to pay. I was chanting
`I amsorry; please forgive me; I love you; Thank you''.
Today morning I was inspired to close my overdraft account with the bank
and adjust my fixed deposits against the loan. My windfall---
the bank transferred Rs.16000+ to my Savings Account after closing
the OD account.
So, one loan completely wiped off and credit balance in my savings account.
And I am using this windfall to pay one more credit card bill and
some other dues.
So it works.

Loving Money
| Money loves to be loved and comes to us gladly if we love money, having money and Giving money, so to money we say ~I love you and thank you for being in my life , I welcome you and include you~ . I am friends with money, I love money and money loves me. So we heal our relationship with money ourselves and God. No division no separation between us and money or God. We are one with money. Money is My Own Natural Energy Yield So as we feel rich with positive energy so we attract energy, as we give love we attract love, we have plenty to give and we receive plenty. There is only plenty of whatever it is we are wanting to receive. Thank you God for all the blessings I have And all the Blessings I am receiving. And Thank you God for all the blessings I have to give. We can insert money or love instead of Blessings too. Life is but a dream...
Well this illusion we would wake up from would lose its power over us and we'd be free, and then what would happen to us? We would be empowered realising we are the creators of our reality consciously or unconsciously. We can either be run by our past reality being recreated over and over or we can wake up to the game of life and see we are the magician and the puppet, we are either aware or not aware.
So each time we do the cleaning and purifying of our stuff we have going on within and say I am responsible its in me no out there we get one step closer to the Divine running us, back to who we really are conscious co-creators with the Divine. And if we let the current flow our boat where it will many magical journeys await us, if we can but let go and let God . I love you and thank you!!

Ho'oponopono ~a brother and a sister story...
| Hi all, I have been practising this ho'oponoponono for a couple of months and results are amazing. One example is my brother has HIV and is gay and when we both really young I was nasty to him as older sisters can be but was quite cruel and have felt bad ever since. Well I rang him one morning upon discovering ho'oponopono and said bruv, I"m sooo sorry for all the suffering I put you through when we younger, please forgive me and I love you and I love YOU so much. He was like ok whatever and I said YOU are going to get better I just know and I know that you are going to go on and lead an amazing life. Well after that I just cleaned everyday for him and he called a few days ago to say I"m now on just one tablet a day instead of 8. For my bruv that has been ill with it for four years to go to just one a day that is pretty miraculous don't ya think. He is doing well now. The universal love is truly amazing. Inspiring Ho'oponopono Cleaning Story

I am a client of Kelly's. I just wanted to tell you that I have been
having a really tough time with my boss lately and it had gotten to a
point where there was nothing positive about the relationship. I was
feeling so drained and weak and just beaten. Then I talked to Kelly.

"I love you, I am sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you."
Last night I did it on my boss 20 times. And today he was nice to me - I
had a great day at work. But better still when I woke up this morning I
actually felt bouncy, I felt clear headed, I felt focussed and I felt
confident again. My day went brilliantly. I did all my reports and even
got some of tomorrows work done too.
My boss was pleasant and we even had a joke.
The mantra worked - I dont know how but it worked on me as well as him.

Ho'oponopono and Zpoint process combined...
I mainly use ho'oponopono and whenever I am inspired to I use any other method I have that Divinity guides me to. I don't question it as this is my guidance and it always works for me or my client when I listen to divinity on what to do next. Mabel Katz says to ride one horse as then your inner child doesn't get confused , I agree with her from my experience this is good advice , and I also listen to what tool is best in the moment for the situation . I have been collecting a large spiritual tool kit over the years and I value them all. My spiritual path is Eckankar and it teaches that when we are ready the master appears to bring us closer to God's love and who we really are. I have learnt many spiritual tools in my spiritual studies with Eckankar over the last 14 years and I feel my spiritual teacher or inner master has guided me to specific tools for my spiritual growth like theta healing and ho'oponopono .(http://www.eckankar.org/)
I have been using Z point with lots of success for a couple of years now and I love it . I first learnt EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) then secondly BSFF -Be Set Free Fast , (these are all under the Thought Field Therapy -TFT umbrella) . At first I resisted going to a third method but eventually this dissolved and I added Z point to my tool kit . http://www.zpointprocess.com
I have now been learning the wonderful updated Ho'oponopono method over the last year or so and one day I realised how I could use this method together with the Erase the Tape method from Zpoint and it works very effectivley when I use it, maybe it was my own divine inspiration . Zpoint process by Grant Connoly has a similar goal of getting to zero-clear infinite void , the circle empty of all programs beliefs etc they call it cleaning in Ho'oponopono.
1.Draw a circle either physically or in your minds eye and put the issue you have in there , (or even circle your finger on paper or in the air).
2. Say "10- 0 "silently or out loud , then "I am sorry, Please forgive me , I love you , thankyou " over and over til its feels clear , taking you to zero limits!!!! Clearing & cleaning everything in the circle just like with the Erase the Tape method . 10 to 0 means going from a 10 stress level of your issue to 0 , clear infinite void ,memories zero, dissolved with love.
3. Look at the circle to see to see if there is more to be cleaned to zero , if you sense more or another connected issue keep going with steps 1 & 2 until you know there is nothing left coming up in there or what is in the circle is positive and loving and what you have arrived at within yourself , as you are home in truth.
4. Trust and allow God/Divinity to do the cleaning of these memories replaying within the subconscious mind and that God knows what memories need cleaning for you and this will occur in the best way and time .
It is very handy to use a magnetic flexible whiteboard or any type of whiteboard you have as it saves paper and you can then erase each circles feeling thoughts beliefs etc. You can use paper if you wish and keep doing new circles of your layers until clear.

Ho'oponopono and Magic
This is an email I received from a beautiful lady called Virginia in America. She requested my combined method of zpoint and ho'oponopono I have posted here on 3rd Sept. Within 2 days of receiving it she emailed me this below. I was so amazed at the result she had from doing it and I loved her story. I now recently had contact with her again after a long time and she said the lady in this story has now passed away and she misses her friend. Virginia is a beautiful soul and I am grateful and glad to have connected with her.

Thank you so very much. Erika . I will tell you my story using your helpful suggestions. I was very angry, which I rarely am, with the son of my dear friend who is dying of lung cancer and who is now is great pain, the cancer having spread to her brain. The son would not provide her with enough pain medication.
I used your method (thank you again) putting him in the circle with the issues. After counting down with the suggested statements, there was no change. I then put myself in the circle with him and the issues, counted down, no change. I still felt intense anger and frustration. I tried different approaches, always using the "I am sorry, etc routine." No change. I was then interrupted and had to take care of other business.
Then I called the son to say I would be over to help with my friend, as we has pre-arranged. The son answered the phone and I heard my voice speaking to him, full of love and compassion. He replied in kind. He said his mother had awakened this morning with no pain, he had given her adequate medication last night. What can I say. This is truly magic.

Clean first....
I awoke this morning about 30 minutes earlier than usual, checked email and noticed that there were new blog posts. One in particular piqued my interest and after reading it, I had an urge to write the author with some "important" information I could share on the topic. I opened a new message window and inserted the address of the recipient, and then I felt or heard a gentle, but precautionary "Wait.
"I thought, "What is this about?" I again felt the urge to begin typing my message. But as I began again, I felt or heard, "I wouldn't do that." I thought, "Okay, you have my attention, now what?" Silence........
Now I was getting anxious. I felt my message was timely and I needed to do this. It might help and save some people a lot of unnecessary trouble and money. No answer, just silence.......
I decide to go back to bed and clean on this situation. I was feeling more anxious, so I did eight rounds of the Ha Ho'oponopono breathing technique. I now realized it was my Unihipili, my inner child warning me to wait. I began repeating some cleaning phrases and began to feel relaxed and at peace.
Okay, I realize I have been advised to not send the email, but why not? This time I clearly heard a silent, "None of your business."
Woo, I remembered Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len once saying that he asked "Why?" about something one time and Divinity told him "None of your business." Okay, Divinity, you have my attention now, too!
So I kept cleaning and then I also remembered something Mabel Katz said recently. Mabel said, "Our job is to clean, then God can do whatever is 'correct'."
In the future I want to remember to clean first whenever I feel an urge to do something whether it seems to be a noble endeavor or not. :-) I have been "hard of hearing" long enough. Time to listen up. :-) I want to remember what Mabel said: "Our job is to clean, then God can do whatever is 'correct'."
